Ingredients: Calcium Bentonite clay
Country of Origin: USA
Production: Bentonite clay is formed from the weathering of volcanic ash, then carefully mined to keep out impurities out. The clay is subsequently kiln-dried, milled, and screened to size.
Qualities: Calcium Bentonite clay is a very fine, odorless, and powder like product with a greenish tint. Holding a high concentration of minerals such as silica, magnesium, iron, sodium, calcium, and potassium, Bentonite is widely used for detoxing and cleansing purposes. Bentonite is fairly unique in that it holds an electrical charge when in contact with liquid, therefore binding itself to other molecules, removing stains from hard surfaces and pulling toxins from a human body.
Common Use:
- For a purifying homemade face mask, combine clay with honey or water until they become a paste, and apply generously to your face avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10-20 minutes and gently wash off with lukewarm water and your skin will thank you! You can also add ½ a cup to a hot bath.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark, and dry place in an airtight container.

Suppose to help with loose stools but instead, w/ minimal ingestion, it quickly constipated the person. Very disappointing.

This is a good product. I use a lot of bentonite clay as a face mask, in my baths, and I use it to make my own homemade toothpaste, which has been amazing. My mouth feels cleaner and my gums are healthier. I found that too many toothpaste brands on the market are filled with chemicals and our teeth are linked to all of our major organs. I sometimes will also mix bentonite in water and do a heavy metal detox. I have no complaints, it’s a great product!
