 CanadaBrown Flaxseeds
A powerful natural product. I use flaxseeds to add to meals that require flour and mix a little there. I boil the seeds to get the gel for hair and facial treatments that I have seen tutorials for on social media. I feel secure using natural ingredients like flaxseeds for my health and care treatments.

I grind them up and use them in baking. I also add them to a yogurt bowl. I generally keep the whole seeds in the freezer and only grind what I need.
