KELP NOODLE: Winter Shipping Policy

Kelp noodles are bagged in a water solution to ensure their quality and crispy, moist texture.

During the winter months of approximately November to March, depending on your area, we have found that packages of kelp noodles can arrive frozen which may compromise the quality of the product. 

All customers take full responsibility for kelp noodles shipped during the cold months.

Kelp noodles have a shelf life of several months (inquire with customer service on the current lot's best by date), and we encourage all of our customers to ‘stock up’ on kelp noodles during the rest of the year so that transport during the coldest months can be avoided.
