Disappointment
I bought 1 lb to sprout with green and beluga lentils and mung beans. Even after prolonged soaking hardly any adzuki sprouted. Guess I got an old batch. Maybe I'll search for a chocolate mousse recipe as noted below...I imagine they will cook up okay, though likely take longer than if they were fresh.
thickens things
use when making soups and stews to thicken and add flavour...
Very pleased with my order. Have not used adzuki beans yet. Using the Amla powder, to soon to know full benefits, do know the taste is takes some getting use to, taking on coffee right now. All my other beans and coconut aminos are great.
Delicious flavour!
I like to soak them for around 12-16 hours, with salt added, and then cook them in my pressure cooker. So far I’ve had them as is and in a soup and both were great!OM Foods has excellent customer service and I enjoy ordering from them because I can get the products I need and don’t have to worry : ).
Adzuki beans
I mostly use adzuki beans to make a chocolate mousse. Very tasty
