We get it – sometimes things just don’t work out or you simply change your mind. No worries! Our 14-day return and claim policy has you covered. Just follow the steps below, and we’ll help you sort it out, hassle-free.
How to return or make a claim
- Contact Us Within 14 Days:
Email us at info@omfoods.com within 14 days of delivery. Let us know your order number and why you’d like to return the item (changed your mind, wrong size, arrived damaged, etc.). We’re here to help and want to understand how to make things right.
- Pack It Up Securely:
Grab a box and pack up the item(s) you’re returning. Slip a piece of paper inside with your order number on it (this helps us match the return to your order quickly).
- Ship the Package to Us:
Send the box via your preferred shipping carrier to the address below. Please do not send it COD (Cash on Delivery) – we won’t be able to accept COD packages. Make sure you pay for shipping upfront with your carrier. Sent the packaged goods via your carrier to this address:

- We’ll Process Your Refund:
Once we receive your returned item, our customer support team will reach out to confirm. If you paid by credit card, we’ll refund the amount directly back to that card. If you paid by cash on delivery, we’ll arrange a refund to your bank account (we’ll get those details from you on a claim form or via email). Either way, you’ll get your money back as soon as possible!
Important details & deadlines
- 14-Day Window: Remember, you need to start the return or claim process within 14 days of receiving your order. After you contact us, please send the item back promptly. We must receive the returned goods within 14 days of when you initiate the return/claim.
- Claims vs. Standard Returns: If you’re making a claim (for example, the product is faulty), the item should be sent back within 14 days of receipt (carrier delivery day). For a standard return (no issues, you just changed your mind), the item should be sent back within 14 days of when you got your order. In both cases, getting the product back to us on time ensures a quick resolution.
