Fun and nutritious. I made a bean loaf with it. Smooth and creamy. Then you can add some red peppers and onions and make empanadas with it.
One of the tastiest beans.
I absolutely love these pressure cooked for 30 minutes, after an overnight soaking, My favourite way to serve them is with chicory, escarole or dandelion greens. Brown a couple of cloves of minced garlic in EVOO. Add a Tbsp of salted herbs and a couple of peeled, chopped tomatoes then a goodly amount of chopped leaves, and water to cover. Cook until leaves are tender. Then add 2-3 cups of the cooked beans. Season with Soy or Tamari sauce to taste, and serve with grated pecorino Romano cheese. It is so good, that I serve it 2-3 times a week.

I ordered these for my pantry. I am sure they are great, but have not tried them yet. Great price and excellent service.
