I add this seed to my sourdough bread, it adds nice taste to it.
Black Seed
I use it for energy and libido.. A friend told me about it. I’m not sure what else it’s supposed to do or the correct amount. It was trial and error but a little less than 1 tsp ground seems right.. When I took it without food as my friend said to do I felt really nauseous but in my smoothie it works well.
