Nice texture

I am using this flour to feed a gluten free sourdough starter that has not done well with a different brown rice flour. Seems to be working well. It has a very fine texture which I like.

Great flour!

This flour is awesome. I can't tell the difference between this and white rice flour so it's a good alternative if you're trying to stick to a whole wheat/brown rice diet. If you're into deep fry for tempura, chicken/veggie balls, or fritters, it makes for a super crisp batter when compared to wheat flour.

Why are there not more reviews of rice flour?

Because it's no ones job to compare and contrast rice flours. I bought this because it came in a larger quantity than I could get at a grocery store at a lower price per weight. I can't say it's better or worse. It's fine in the gluten-free baking I do.
