Mung pasta

The mung bean pasta from OM are the best I’ve had by far and the dried apricots are great!

Great texture!

The texture of this pasta is awesome. Most GF pasta is somewhat crumbly the next day. But the mung bean has that springy texture more like regular pasta and it holds up well to reheating. My husband, my toddler and I like it. We were really surprised by it. Glad I just tried it to see. This is my new fave GF pasta.

Delicious alternative to other gluten free pasta noodles

These noodles cooked faster than the quinoa noodles and tasted just like a traditional noodle.. I was really pleased and the kids love them too.
