I haven't used them yet, but I have had the same from another company that I no longer have access to, I love them because they are small, but still give that lovely chocolate flavour, Will buy more another time.

Nice tasting chips for baking etc

These chips work well for what we use them for, which is home-baking. I like the size of the chips, which is very user friendly for muffins, sheet cakes, and cookies. I find with a smaller chip like this, a little bit less goes a long way because it distributes nicely in the batter. My family likes the taste of these chips, which is smooth and pleasant. We appreciate the fair trade ethos of the product as well, Because they are lower in % of cocoa, they melt very easily and smoothly, so can also be used for other purposes. I highly recommend these chips, and have already purchased again.
