Maple syrup replacement
This maple extract tastes just like maple syrup without the sweetness so much healthier option. I make a flax/chia pudding with maple extract, blueberries and cinnamon. I haven’t even missed the syrup at all.
I love this stuff more than I ought to
I'm a sucker for flavours in a bottle, esp maple. I have a capful of this in my coffee every morning, and I love it. It imparts a Coffe Crisp-esque flavour to the morning ritual. My wife thinks I'm weird. I was quite surprised to read the ingredients and find that this is actually from maple (bark? syrup?) rather than the usual fake maple extract, which I think is made from fenugreek seeds.
Maple Flavor Extract
I love this product. I use it mostly in chia pudding. It is excellent to get the maple flavor without having to use the sweet maple syrup.
Maple extract is sublime
I've been using your organic maple extract for a long time. I add this to my chocolate chip cookie recipe and everyone who tastes my cookies absolutely loves them. One friend says the cookies are 'a religious experience'. These cookies are a favourite of everyone for Christmas and birthday gifts. I double my cookie recipe and then use 1 Tablespoon of this Organic Maple extra PLUS a Tablespoon of Organic Vanilla too. The maple flavour is sublime.
Yum
I use a few drops to flavor my soda stream bubbly water. Delicious beverage!
