Cornbread
I bake cornbread…..been looking for a fine cornmeal, which has been challenging to find believe it or not. So very pleased with this organic cornmeal…..
Yummy!
Absolutely perfect. Some organic cornmeal is so inconsistent that it's hard to get all parts cooked. Not this one. It makes the most velvety heavenly polenta with just the right tooth.
So yellow!

this is so good! we have been experiencing grain shortages where i live and it was a very pleasant surprise to find a way around that and such great quality
I'm sold
I was worried it would be too grainy, but it made great cornbread. I did soak it for 20 minutes in the liquid of the recipe.
