Great product
This mung dahl is fresh and delicious. I soak it for 30 mins to an hour and it's ready to go to make some delicious curry dishes!

Organic Mung Dahl, hulled, split
I really enjoy this Mung Dahl and it cooks up nicely. I make vegan Indian dahl which takes about 30 - 40 minutes to cook once I have added the rest of the ingredients (onion, garlic, ginger, spices and veggie broth). Once cooked, I spread it on food dyer trays and dehydrate it. It is a very nourishing and filling, great for backpacking!
