Creamed coconut butter

I used it to make homemade Bounty bars with shredded coconut and unrefined coconut oil from OM foods. Covered it with melted cacao paste with the same creamed coconut and coconut oil and it is one of the most delicious and pure Bounty bars that I have ever had.

Ocean wavelets lapping the beach beneath the swaying fronds of coconut palms. Ooops! Lost myself for a moment when I first tasted this absolutely perfect coconut butter. Excellent on and in everything!

I love this coconut butter.. I mostly use it as a snack on a cracker or rice cake.

My one issue with the coconut butter is that the fat separates and rises to the top. I deal with this by warming it slightly by placing the closed jar in warm water for an hour or so., then stirring it to blend it together. It is worth the effort.
