Radish Seed Rave.

These seeds are part of my winter greens, as for me salad days are garden season only. I mix 50/50 with lentil sprouts, fermented garlic scapes and a dash of my sheep cheese, which is running out. But the new lambs are here and the milk is starting to flow.. the seeds sprouted wonderfully, with no leftovers hard seeds. And they keep remarkably well, over a week, once they are sprouted. GREAT seeds. Thank you

I sprout these regularly thru out the fall summer and spring, so we are still getting some fresh produce. I thought it a good idea to stock up on these in case our food supply goes awry. These seeds have a wonderful radish flavor and can be quite hot! My plants love the rinse water from the sprouts, they really green up when I use it to water them.
