Wonderful. Really good quality seeds. I roasted them and added to melted jaggery to make a Indian snack/dessert. Yum.
Love them
I love this company. The sesame seeds were fresh and delicious. I use them in recipes that would normally suggest tahini. I find them to be a great taste enhancement to many dishes and I always appreciate the big, non-dairy calcium boost that comes with eating sesame seeds.
Great recipe for sesame
Sesame tofu, make a paste out of 1/3 cup sesame seeds, 2 cloves garlic, 1" cube ginger root, 2 tbsp flour, 3 tbs soy sauce, 3 tbs water and 2 tbsp olive oil, grind it well and cover 1/2" tofu cubes with it. 30 min in the oven, 15 min each side. Serve with rice:)

Grind the seseme seeds ,put aside.Grind fresh ginger, turmeric black pepper and garlic.....together then add... lemon +lime juice and pulp plus cider vinegar salt,maple syrup.. Blend everything together..Then add olive/sunflower oil blending it to the consistency of mayonnaise .Keep in the refrigerator. And you ‘will find that the Barnabe’s Sesame Mayonnaise is tops on top!!!I also transform it into gomasio (seasoning).
