i planted some of them and cooked the rest. i am hoping to harvest edamame green soy beans for eating.

i can't make any judgement until they are growing out of the ground. the ones i cooked with curried coconut milk were delicious.

I use a soy milk maker to make soy milk. It is delicious.

Good for Natto

These beans are working great for making natto. Dry size is about 5 mm; soaked/cooked size is about 11 mm. I'd say they more than double in volume. They are quite tender after 8-12 hours of soaking and 4 hours of steaming.
