Canola Oil for the win!

Canola actually has one of the very best fatty acid profiles of all the oils. This product is great. While our household strives for a mostly low fat diet we do indulge in making our own reduced fat vegan mayonnaise for tofu salad sandwiches once a week. We also use a tablespoon in pizza doughs and other baked goods when absolutely required. Thank you OM team!
