The order was received on time. Balkan people use it for massage of the painful knees, fingers we soak it in alcohol and massage legs and elbows it helps with pain

Very fast and responsive

Hello, Thank you for sending it so fast. I broke my food and needed to make paste which help heal the bone faster. My swelling and pain went away already and I feel much better. I grained pocket you make it very fine and cook it with milk for 10 minutes on low heat steering it constantly. I use handful of fine powder and 750 ml of milk. Cold paste I put in glass jars and in the fridge. I put it on my foot a few times per day 2 hours at the time. It is good for arthritis as well. Excellent medicinal herbs and spices
