Oat flour & garbanzo flour scones
Yummy! Here is the site with the recipe: https://kaylacappiello.com/vegan-scones-gluten-free/ I used liquid stevia instead of brown sugar (& just guestamated how much) & added OMs 70% bittersweet chocolate chunks. It's a bit on the dry side but I am thinking of adding more butter : )
Excellent. My son is gluten intolerant. So organic oat flour is the base of my all purpose gluten free breads and baking.
Pure & well digestible
Been using the OM Oat Flour for quite some time now. Replacing all other flour for baking with it, since it's so well digestible and pure. Often mixing Oat Flakes into the batter too. Highly recommended.
My fav flour!
We use 20/80% with OM spelt flour to make pancakes, muffins, banana bread & zucchini/carrot cake. Subtle oat flavour and lovely texture.

Consistent quality. I use it mostly for muffins.
