Excellent as a breakfast cereal
These quinoa flakes are an excellent post workout morning meal especially when immediately followed by a post workout muscle regenerating shake I steam heat 1 cup of whole milk for 10 minutes in a ceramic cup on a trivet in an 8 cup saucepan at maximum heat While milk heats up, i add 30 mg brown sugar to a soup bowl to which, top up with 1 tsp of black chia seeds, 1 tsp of cinnamon and top that up with ¾ cup of quinoa, then make a well in the middle of the contents Once milk is at temperature, i remove the ceramic cup, add 3 sprinkles of salt, place the bowl on the steam trivet in the sausepan Pour the hot milk into the well, mix all igredients thoroughly Cover and heat the contents for 4½ minutes at medium heat Remove the bowl from the saucepan Mix thoroughly, serve and eat Delicious and nutritious

Quinoa Breakfast
In a bowl, thawed blueberries, cover with hemp hearts, sprinkle cinnamon then pour cooked quinoa on top, mix and enjoy.

We use these quinoa flakes in our buckwheat quinoa muffins. They are excellent for creating a fluffier texture as the buckwheat flour is quite dense and they have a sweet, nutty finish.
