The full effects of the Adaptogen Powder will of course not be known for a few weeks. However, from experience with all the separate elements of the mix, I am sure by the scents that this is the real deal at a great price. Cheers.

Best quality and price around

Apart from the maca, I've tried the other herbs in the mix for about two years through other companies. I've only had this mix for two days but right away, OM foods is definitely as quality as those other guys. It's at a ruthlessly competitive price too!

Is it the Maca?

I put a small spoon of this in my bullet proof coffee. After only one week i noticed an increase in energy and mood balancing - even though different literature siad it would take a month to notice any difference. Adoptogen has often been unavailable the past year so Ive tried plain maca as a substitute, though there is some effect the combo of ingredients in this product is remarkedly better.
