Production: Young wheatgrass sprouts are carefully harvested at the peak of their nutritional potency, then cold-pressed into juice, which is dried by air-stream at very low temperatures.

ORGANIC WHEATGRASS JUICE

I love it and do not use it as a single ingredient drink. I love it as I make my own mix of greens (along with other green superfoods & herbs) for breaking my fast in the mornings. I am sure to power myself up for the day with what my partner calls "thick pond ****" or "green sludge" I make a litre size mason jar of super-mix and take a scoop on an empty stomach in the mornings. Have been doing it for years and see the benefits :)
