Qualities: These delicious, tangy sun-dried tomatoes contain high amounts of dietary fibre, potassium, and iron.
Common Use: There are many ways to utilize sun-dried tomatoes. You can soak them overnight in a flavorful Mediterranean olive oil, and make a paste or pesto. You can also chop them into small pieces and sprinkle into freshly cooked pasta, mixing well, and you’ll have a rich flavor addition to your dish! Alternatively, these tomatoes are also delicious in salads, and on their own.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark, dry place in a sealed bag or container.

Nice but very salty
Way too salty, but still a nice product. I ended up using them to make a soup base.

I have used these in sauces, chilli, as is, etc. They plump up nicely in sauces and chilli and add a wonderful texture and taste. They are also delicious as is because they are not as salty as some others. I find the amount of salt is perfect for my liking. I have shared these with others and they love them also.

First time buying these. Very fresh. I further oven dried them to crispy, then blended into a powder to sprinkle over roasted potatoes. So so good!

These sun dried tomatoes are so very flavourful and not hard and rubbery like some can be. These are relatively soft and are easy to cut into smaller pieces. I also love to eat them as a snack. Salted just right. Very well done. A staple in my pantry.
