LENTIL THINS

Plumm Good took everything people like about their rice thins and rebuilt it around a different grain-free base, the humble red lentil. Just two ingredients go in, organic red lentils and sea salt, and what comes out is a slim, crisp cracker with a mild, nutty flavour and a gentle salting that keeps it moreish. Each serving brings 4 g of plant-based protein, which explains why these thins tend to travel from the snack shelf straight into gym bags and desk drawers.

Because the base is lentil rather than rice or wheat, the texture is a little denser and the crunch a little firmer, so they hold up under sturdier toppings.
