I have purchased cilantro leaf from OM before but the quality that we got this time was just too good, the colour of the leaves are staying bright and beautiful green.. Love it..

Great dip recipe addition

I find I use this when making my own healthy salad dressings and dips. ie. Greek yogurt (70%), probiotic cream cheese (20%), cilantro flakes (1 Tbsp) and a little dijon mustard (1 tsp or to taste) make for a delicious veggie or chicken dip sauce. Makes for a guilt-free, better tasting and WAY more healthy version than any store bought garbage.
