This is a good quality product. We use it in a chai mix that consists entirely of real spices, no flavorings or anything else that doesn't belong. You can enjoy this chai at your local Yellow Deli! I have a couple concerns.... I wish OM would issue invoices with the product lot number listed as part of the product identifier. When we buy cardamom, we buy by the case. For shipping, it would be ideal to use a double walled box rated at 55lbs edge crush test. That way, the carrier can be held responsible if the package gets punctured during transport. Shipping companies are quick to take any avenue to deny responsibility for damages.
